Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO is an internal medicine specialist who received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Saima has been practicing medicine for over 10 years.

As a dedicated physician, wife, and mother of two, she knows the importance of looking and feeling fabulous while managing life's responsibilities.

Leslie Almora, APRN, is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of nursing experience.

She completed advanced nursing training at Florida International University, earning a Master's Degree in Science of Nursing, strengthening her expertise in comprehensive, longitudinal care and the complex needs patients.

Hello, I'm Celiana, the Office Manager at Nur Medspa and Wellness. With a passion for excellence and client satisfaction, I strive to create an inviting and professional environment where every client feels valued and cared for.

In my role, I oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the medspa, including managing appointments, collaborating with our highly skilled medical team, and addressing client inquiries with promptness and care. My dedication to organization ensures that every aspect of the client experience—from booking to follow-up—is smooth and enjoyable. Beyond my administrative duties, I manage essential areas such as inventory, billing, and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Nur Medspa.
