Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO

Dr. Saima Raﬁq, DO our Medical Director and Co-founder, embodies the belief that life should be a balance between career, family, and feeling gorgeous. Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO is an internal medicine specialist who received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Saima has been practicing medicine for over 10 years. As a dedicated physician, wife, and mother of two, she knows the importance of looking and feeling fabulous while managing life's responsibilities.

Khurram Bukhari, aka K.B.

Khurram Bukhari, also known as K.B., our CEO and Co-founder, brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience to NUR | Med Spa & Wellness. K.B. received his undergrad in political science from U.S.F. and his M.B.A in Marketing and Business Management from Nova Southeastern University. K.B. has been part of multiple startups and led sales and marketing teams for over 15 years. With a vision to create value for both our team and clients, he joins forces with his wife, Dr. Saima, sharing a commitment to our spa's mission and vision.

Hello, I’m Celiana, the Office Manager at Nur Medspa and Wellness. With a passion for excellence and client satisfaction, I strive to create an inviting and professional environment where every client feels valued and cared for. In my role, I oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of the medspa, including managing appointments, collaborating with our highly skilled medical team, and addressing client inquiries with promptness and care. My dedication to organization ensures that every aspect of the client experience—from booking to follow-up—is smooth and enjoyable. Beyond my administrative duties, I manage essential areas such as inventory, billing, and marketing initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of Nur Medspa.

Hi, I’m Angelica! I work as a Customer Service Rep at Nur Medspa and Wellness, where my goal is to make your experience easy, friendly, and stress-free. Whether I’m answering your questions, scheduling your appointment, or just making sure you feel taken care of, I’m here to help. At Nur Medspa, we aim to make every visit special! When I’m not working, I’m a busy mom of three kids who keep me on my toes! Between school runs and playdates, I’m always juggling, but I love the challenge. Balancing work and family is tough, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hi, everyone! My name is Alejandro. I completed a two-year program in Computer and Information Technology, and I currently work as a Project Manager here at Nur Medspa & Wellness. My role is to assist the NUR team and our clients, ensuring smooth operations and supporting both sides for a seamless experience. I coordinate tasks, address challenges, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of three amazing kids who inspire me every day to keep growing and improving.
