Dr. Saima Rafiq, DO
Dr. Saima Rafiq, D.O., our Medical Director and Co-Founder, brings over a decade of medical experience to NUR Med Spa. She holds a medical degree from Nova Southeastern University and is a board-certified internal medicine specialist. Beyond her medical career, she believes in balance (career, family, and feeling beautiful) at every stage of life. As a physician, wife, and mother of two, Dr. Rafiq combines medical expertise with a passion for aesthetics, guiding NUR Med Spa’s mission to empower confidence through safe and advanced treatments.
Khurram Bukhari, aka K.B.
Khurram Bukhari, also known as K.B., serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of NUR Med Spa & Wellness. With a background in Political Science (U.S.F.) and an MBA in Marketing & Business Management (Nova Southeastern University), K.B. brings more than 15 years of entrepreneurial and leadership experience. His vision, alongside Dr. Saima, creates value for both the NUR team and every client, ensuring innovation, trust, and excellence remain at the heart of the spa’s mission.
Celiana Charon
Celiana, our Office Manager, ensures the seamless day-to-day operations of NUR Med Spa. She oversees scheduling, team coordination, client care, and administrative functions while maintaining an inviting, professional environment. Her dedication ensures every client enjoys a smooth and welcoming experience from the first call to the final follow-up.
Angelica Joy De La Cerna
Angelica is part of our customer service team, dedicated to making every client’s experience at NUR Med Spa warm, easy, and stress-free. She answers questions, books appointments, and ensures each visit feels personalized and enjoyable. As a mother of three, Angelica understands the value of balance and brings that empathy into her role every day.
Alejandro De La Cerna III
Alejandro supports both the NUR team and clients as Project Manager, coordinating tasks, addressing challenges, and delivering exceptional service. With a background in Computer and Information Technology, he ensures smooth operations and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of three, always striving for growth and balance.
Abigail Candelario
Abigail (“Abi”) is a Licensed Aesthetician and Medical Assistant passionate about results-driven skincare. She holds an aesthetics license earned in 2019 and specializes in treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, and IPL therapy. At NUR Med Spa in Orlando, she blends clinical knowledge with aesthetic artistry, providing personalized treatments that help clients achieve radiant, healthy skin.
