Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 48 hours or more in advance. If done in less than 48 hours' notice, we will charge the card on file a $50 cancellation fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will need to reschedule. A cancellation fee will apply, as the treatment is no longer feasible within the remaining time. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who repeatedly disregards our cancellation policy. Our providers are often booked weeks to months in advance, with a significant waiting list. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from offering those time slots to other patients. We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy allows the NUR Med Spa team to continue providing the highest quality care for you and future patients, while also respecting the valuable time of our providers.
Refund Policy
All services and treatments at NUR Med Spa are non-refundable. Please note that aesthetic treatment results vary from patient to patient. Aside from touch-ups performed during follow-up appointments (when applicable), any additional treatments required to achieve desired results will be charged as a separate service.
Children Policy
We love babies and children at NUR Med Spa; however, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare prior to your appointment. This ensures both the safety of your children and a calm, relaxing experience for you and our other patients.
Pet Policy
For the health and safety of all patients, we ask that pets remain at home when you visit NUR Med Spa. Only service animals are permitted in our facility. If you bring a service animal, we kindly request valid paperwork verifying its status. This policy helps us avoid any inconvenience to you, your pet, and other patients.
